One-time vs. monthly — what is the difference?
A one-time Ministry Stack Pass is a single $99 payment that unlocks every FaithStack paid product forever. The monthly plan is a $99 subscription charged every 30 days that unlocks the same products for as long as you stay subscribed. Both cover every future product — the one-time unlocks them indefinitely, the monthly unlocks them while you remain subscribed.
What is included in the Ministry Stack Pass?
Every FaithStack paid product (SermonScribe, SermonStack, ChordChartStack, KidsStack, PolicyStack, IllustrationStack, ScriptureStack, BulletinStack, TechStack Audit), unlimited.
What happens to the products I already purchased one-time?
Your existing purchases are always honored. The Pass stacks on top — you unlock all products without re-buying anything you've already paid for.
Are seats limited? How many staff members can use my Pass?
Your single Pass covers unlimited use by one pastor or ministry leader. To extend access to additional staff or volunteers, each additional user needs their own Pass — contact hello@faithaistack.com for a multi-seat discount.
Can I transfer my Pass access to another staff member?
Yes. You can transfer the Pass to a different staff member once per billing cycle from your account dashboard at /portal/. Useful when a pastor leaves or hands off ministry duties.
Do new Ministry Stack products get added to my Pass automatically?
Yes. You get every new FaithStack paid product automatically — no additional charge, no action needed. Your pass covers every product we ship under the Ministry Stack brand.
What is the support SLA if something breaks?
Email hello@faithaistack.com and you'll get a real human response within one business day; urgent issues affecting a Sunday service are flagged and answered same-day Mon–Sat.
What is the refund policy?
Cancel anytime from your account — there are no contracts and no cancellation fees. Because the Pass is delivered digitally and unlocks immediately, we do not offer refunds on the current billing period, but you keep access through the end of the period and any one-time products you've already purchased remain yours.
